We usually quote 8 -12 weeks for standard orders, depending on what end of a production run we receive your order.

For custom mowers with an entire new design it can be longer and vary from case to case, depending on the development phase of the project.

Shipping to NZ is more like 10-14 weeks as all LCL consignments are inter shipped via Singapore.

We have top international freight and shipping agencies working for us and endeavour to deliver your mower to you as soon as possible.

Yes – we offer a wide range of configuration options which offer a multitude of mowing solutions for just about any orchard and vineyard layout. If our existing models and designs are not suitable for your requirements, please contact us, for us to discuss your requirements with the manufacturer.

We specialise in finding solutions to save production costs by multi-tasking.

All our machines are delivered on fork-liftable metal skids or plastic pallets.

Small machines may be delivered in a flat position, bolted to a metal skid or tied to a plastic pallet.

Larger machines come standing upright bolted to secure, fork-liftable metal skids.

All consignments are welded into plastic and clearly labeled with the receivers details.

We are proud to offer comprehensive after sale and technical support to our customers. We know our equipment well, stock all required spare parts and are only an email away.

I there is a problem, please send us a picture, then discuss it over the phone – pictures speak often louder than words. We then send you or your mechanic a parts breakdown, on with you can mark the required spare parts and return it to us.

We use various delivery systems, being local couriers here in WA, Express Post satchels for lighter items and TNT Road Express for heavier parts.

For international deliveries we prefer to use DHL which has been extremely reliable.

After discussing your requirements over the phone or via email, we usually first reply to you with a price indication before providing you with a detailed Sales Order Form Proposal (AU or NZ). You then have time to study the proposal and tick or cross out items you wish to order and return a signed copy of the proposal to our office via email or fax. The Sales Order Form Proposal is then subject to a Final Sales Contract and deposit payment.

We ask for a deposit of 20 – 30% at the time of placing the order (Final Sales Contract AU or NZ) and payment in full at delivery.

If you decide to finance your equipment in full, we refund your deposit upon receiving payment in from your financing organisation.
